fantastic leeds experience
great servicecomfortable roomefficient check-inamazing brunch
i enjoyed a seamless stay beginning sunday. the staff's great service stood out, particularly lucinda at the soap factory and breakfast. my executive room had valentine's decorations with petals and a balloon (so cute!). check-in was efficient, and brunch at the soap factory was amazing, it was a really special experience.
i did notice some noise from the lifts near my room.

the hotel includes a nice gym (it's not huge but has all the basics) with various equipment. reasonable price is available for 24-hour parking near the city centre. a fridge with water and a coffee machine are available.

the air conditioning in the room was somewhat weak, causing it to feel stuffy at times.

The hotel is central, so it was a 5-minute walk to the train station.
The room decor felt dated, like an early 00s throwback. The parking setup was annoying. You have to pay every time you leave the car park. One staff member even asked about my car usage plans. I expected to decide in.

The room felt spacious and was very clean. Staff were helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The location is ideal with easy access to the city center and train station. Parking was available on site, this made arrival and departure smooth.
The air conditioning was a little weak given the warm weather .

i noticed the tv volume had a fixed level, a small inconvenience due to my hearing problem.
